The pickup had some confusion over the lead time- I had requested 24 hours notice but was called 3 hours before a pickup time. Fortunately the driver called back to arrange for the following day which was fine and much appreciated. While the delivery was fine I felt some increased communication would have been helpful. I do appreciate that the driver added air to a tire which was low.
