This is the first time I've ever shipped a car and for the most part, it was a smooth process. After ship-a-car direct set me up with a transporter, I was left to communicate with the driver. This was fine, but not ideal. I wish I wasn't the one tracking the driver and confirming the pick up/drop off times.
