I shipped my car from Chicago to San Francisco. It's been a while since I have needed to ship a car so I wasn't quite familiar with the process anymore. Stefan was very patient and answered all of my questions promptly (whether I called or emailed). The quote I received was fair and comparable to other quotes I had received (and is exactly what I paid). I was getting a bit nervous because I had requested a pick up date of 10/31 and no carrier had been assigned the week coming up to that date (I had a tight schedule and couldn't delay a pick up too many days after). I found out a few hours by email that a carrier was available the day of 10/31 (I actually got a call from the car carrier before I checked my email). After that, the transition of dropping my car off and delivery went smoothly. The driver of the car carrier kept in touch and let me know that he would actually be a day late in delivering the car because he was feeling sick and had to stop over 1 night and delivered the car to an even closer location the following day (SF is a tight area so it wasn't quite a door-to-door drop off).
