Delivery Issues with truck and auto-trailer in finding a good street to offload my vehicle

The delivery in DC was a problem because of the size of the truck and its auto-transport trailer. The driver had problems turning around, which could have been prevented if I was informed about it beforehand. This cause us a lot of extra effort and time needed to assist the driver to find a place where he could unload the vehicle and later be able to turn around. If I knew about this problem earlier, when talking to the customer service representative, we could have avoided this time consuming issue of where to off-load my vehicle.
