I'm a college student that had to transport my car from TX to CA, and overall the services were great. The only thing that prevents me from giving 5/5 was the driver took 2 days to deliver my car after arriving in the area because 'his truck was having issues and he needed to get it fixed.' Strangely, after I called him for an update on the second day of him being in the area, he said that he will try to deliver the car anyway. The customer service from Ship a Car Direct was great and really appreciated the consideration for me being a college student and helping me secure the lowest price possible. I would definitely recommend Ship a Car Direct to my friends and family who are looking for auto shipping services in the future.
