These guys know their stuff and are very competent and careful in getting the right company to transport your car. The only reason I didn't rate them a five is the communication between sign-up and assignment of a company. Scott knows his stuff, as do all the people at Ship-a-car Direct. The issue was that I don't know how this works. Unless you've done this before you don't know either. There was a bit of a lag between signing up and getting word that a truck was assigned. Then there was a bit of confusion on my part what I needed to do when it was assigned. Everything worked out great and the car was delivered in just 2 days (from assignment to delivery) from Texas to Michigan! Wow, that was fast...and it was taken care of along the way. Aside from needing a wash because of the rain along the drive, everything was great and delivered right to my door! Bottom line == I'd certainly hire these guys again if I ever need a car shipped.
