Like most people, I have never shipped a car before. My online research was invaluable in helping me to understand how the process worked generally and who might be the best companies to choose. I chose Ship A Car Direct, called them (they actually answered the phone), and they gave me prices and time frames that were right in line with what I had received from other firms. They picked the car up 4 days after the first pick-up date, were very careful in inspecting my vehicle, and were expert at loading the car onto the transport carrier. The car was shipped from a remote small town in Florida to Missoula, MT and arrived in 3 days, just as the driver had estimated. Three days! The drivers communicated with me every time I called them, their dispatch office knew at all times where my car was, and the car was delivered and off-loaded with no damage, on-time, on schedule. My sister who got the car was thrilled and I was amazed by the personal service in this day-and-age of less than great service. I would recommend this company highly, and can tell you that the $30 rebate for my review was absolutely not a factor in my review. Peace of mind and good service were.
