Eric was on top of my needs from our first conversation. The transport delivery had to work around a three day window while I was on vacation. After attempting a quick pickup with-in two days to attempt a delivery before my vacation, we settled on a pickup that provided for delivery upon my return. All the while working with the dealer who was also trying to be flexible having the car prepared and ready for shipment and pick up. The assigned carrier was in constant communication and the car arrived in perfect condition on the initial earliest delivery time. I was initially a bit uncomfortable being this was my first out of state vehicle transport and problem reviews identified for various brokers and transporters, but because of my experience with Ship A Car Direct and the transporter I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from out of state and sign them up again. The fact that they offer an incentive for writing this review is icing on the cake. Job well done!
