Stefan with Ship-A-Car Direct was excellent to work with. He stayed in touch via email and was easy to reach by phone when I had questions. I couldn't have been more pleased with his service. White Hawk Carriers was assigned to transport my car- my transporter was Brian. I gave them a two-day window for pickup date and a desired delivery date. Both were achieved and I was very pleased with transport. Brian was very professional, friendly and took great care of my car. Sure, I expected it to be dirty from road grime because I chose to save money by shipping "open carry" but other than a little grime, it was exactly as it was when Brian loaded it onto the carrier on the East Coast for travel to West Coast. Overall, I couldn't have been happier and would highly recommend this company. Sure, they offer a $ incentive to write a review, but no money would be enough to inspire me to lie about my service nor write a review had I not had a good experience.
