Broker had transport lined up 2 days after placing deposit. Brokers eMail contact was prompt and kept me informed. Transport called me the day before pickup and was able to meet early in the morning at a local shopping center because of large truck restrictions before 7am in our subdivision. Transport kept me informed as to status and called a couple times when getting close to destination to arrange pickup from another local shopping center parking lot. Everything went well. Would use again if needed.
