From the beginning the 'Ship a Car Direct' people were cordial, helpful and on top of our requirement. Videos helped me understand the process and the potential problems (none of which developed). The truck was clean, the driver/owner was friendly and very professional. We got our car on time with no damage. It was actually clean because he had been through a big rain storm on the way into Scottsdale! We will use both companies again, if possible.
