The car was picked up right at my hotel and on time. I was in contact with the driver during the day of pickup so I was not inconvenienced at all. Car was delivered when expected right at our doorstep, in perfect shape (i.e. as it was when I sent it). I couldn't ask for a smoother transition. Thank you guys!
