Bruce, the broker I worked with, was very helpful, professional, and always in easy reach. The rate for transportation of two vehicles seemed very fair and my bid was picked up as expected in an expected time frame by a super friendly and professional driver, Jose, based out of Orlando. The cars reached their destination 2-3 days earlier than expected and Jose kept in touch about delivery as he said he would. The cars were undamaged. I would absolutely utilize Ship a Car Direct in the future.
