The broker initially referred a driver who showed up with a truck that was already full and could not take the car. I was worried that this was a sign of a problematic engagement.

However I was delighted when the broker quickly, courteously and efficiently referred another driver.This second driver was on time, very helpful and friendly and loaded the car without incident.

The following day the car was delivered to the destination in perfect condition. The delivery address was on a tight cul de sac street which would not have allowed room for a transport truck to access, turn around, and exit. So the driver agreed to an alternate delivery location of my choosing.

The driver unloaded the car, gave me the key, allowed me to inspect for any potential damage (of which there was none) and then politely departed after warm friendly thank yous. I couldn't have been happier with the service provided by either the broker or the driver.
