Good communication. Got car sooner than expected. Appreciate fast, careful delivery. Driver Nicholas was nice. Cars inc made it easy. I had my brother meet them with the car keys because I was already in my new home state. They were in touch with my brother and he was confident in their service when speaking with them. The driver called me when he was 120 miles away so I would have a heads up that he was coming. I appreciate how careful and patient he was getting my car off the truck and onto the ground at my new home.
