Maybe I got lucky but, only one day after I contacted ShipACarDirect, GTR Auto Transport picked up the car in Denver and delivered it in St Louis the next day. I received several phone calls apprising me of estimated pickup and delivery times and they were accurate on both ends. The car was delivered without damage. Couldn't have been simpler for me.
