The owner laughed at my questions (yeah they may have been stupid to you but at the end of it in the one paying you) but the shipping company used was awesome. It took three days for my car to arrive from a city outside of Oakland, CA to Chicago. I actually requested a ship date a couple days early because someone at ship a car mentioned it usually takes a few days to find a driver.. I got an email less than an hour later with a driver ready to pick up. They were flexible and able to find me a driver despite the mess up I created. They were prompt and I appreciate the company they chose.
