Overall, the service was good. The videos say you don't have to give them a lead time for pickup, but you do. I requested a quote a week ahead of time. I then secured their service 2 days before my first available day for car pickup, which was on a Thursday. The actual pickup day was the following Tuesday. The car was shipped from San Diego to Chicago. My car was delivered a week later in the same condition. I wasn't in any hurry to get the car, so I have no complaints. Thanks for the service !
