I moved from Fort Worth Texas to Washington, DC for a job promotion. I drove my car and decided to ship my son's car later. This was my first time shipping a car so I was nervous about finding the right company. After talking with one company for two days with no hits, I decided to contact Ship A car Direct because the had great rating. Within one day I had a contract. I only had one issue, the driver was late and didn't give me an initial call to notify me of the change in schedule. So I contacted him and left a message and he promptly called me back and was very apologetic, as there was a delay with one of the other customers. From there everything went smoothly, he was on time with new schedule. He explained the process and was professional. He was able to deliver the car ahead of schedule and that processed went well. So the car transport was a success!

I really appreciate how quickly your company was able to find me a driver so quickly and even for a Sunday pick up, so I am very pleased and will recommend your company to friends and family.
