This was my first time shipping a car. I sent quote request online and got a lot of calls and emails. I was lost.

After I checked customer reviews on your website, I made a call to Ship a car direct. David was the one I talked to and he helped me through the whole process. I placed the order on 8/18 and my car was shipped two days later and dropped off on the date we requested. Everything went very smoothly. The 24 hour customer service was very helpful and I'm very happy with both Ship a car direct and drivers from US Auto Transport Inc.
