We had attempted to schedule a transport three weeks in advance with a different company. Three days before the scheduled pick up, we were told they'd have a transport ready and would call with a pick up time. Instead we had to call them only to find out they didn't actually have a transport for us. In a panic, we called Ship A Car Direct. Stefan was very gracious with our last minute transport need. He even had me laughing by the end of our conversation which wasn't easy as I was highly frustrated with the previous company. He arranged for our transport within two hours and had us in contact with the actual transportation company by the end of the day. They kept in touch with us the entire time and answered all our questions promptly. One thing that I did not consider (but makes sense) is even though you give them exact pick up and drop off addresses, their trucks can't always get there easily so be prepared to meet the truck at an alternate location. I highly recommend working with them for your car transport needs.
