We were a bit anxious since this is our first experience in transporting a car. At first we did not know what to expect, but Scott helped us step by step in the process. The time of pickup was very important to us since we had to catch a plane on Saturday morning- the driver came and picked-up the car on Thursday so we can relax on Friday. The total charge went up and Scott took the initiative in splitting the overage with us. The only complain is that the delivered car was really dirty outside. I guess it did not help that our car is white in color. Besides that, we are 100% satisfied with the process.
