Ship A Car Direct was really a great company to work with. They were so easy to use. They actually called me and spoke to me on the phone, which meant that I could ask any question I wanted to, and it allowed me to feel really comfortable with the responses (all of which were comprehensive, and said in a way that made sure I would understand). Matt stayed in contact with me the entire time and even helped me set up a shipment of my sister's car. Overall I really loved the openness, honestly, and helpfulness of Ship A Car Direct.
