Customer Service was very helpful and kept in touch throughout the entire shipping process. The driver who came to pick up the car was courteous, arrived on time and dropped the car off when he said he would, with no damage to the car. I will highly recommend using Ship a Car Direct to my friends and wouldn't hesitate to use it again.
