The initial pick up date was not met, but it was earlier than I expected, so when it was picked up it was still within expectations. Transport from Florida to the SF Bay Area only took five days. The driver was professional, accommodating, and personable. Ship A Car Direct handled everything well and stayed available for issues. All in all it was a very satisfactory experience.
