Overall the process went very smoothly. My only complaint would be the shipper that was booked didn't call until the day he delivered the car with any updates or estimated delivery dates despite me leaving him 2 messages to ask for an update on the estimated delivery date. Shipacardirect gave me the initial estimated delivery date when they called to check on the confirmation and that was very helpful.
