We shipped our car from Ohio to Oregon through Ship A Car Direct. The customer service was great and Gaby was very responsive to our questions. Once we had a carrier assigned, they were excellent to work with as well and we communicated with the dispatcher via text. The car was picked up on time and arrived a day earlier then expected which was a pleasant surprise. We had no problems and the carrier even agreed to meet us at the rental car agency for pick-up so we could save a trip shuttling back and forth. Overall we were very satisfied and would use this service again.
