I did search and read reviews ahead of time. I called several carriers. Everyone was not the same. I felt I was pitched to and some were pretty aggressive sales people. There was non of that when I called here. Angela was up front and how the business works. She told me there was a possibility of increasing the bid by $25 if we didn't receive hits on the initial offer. The driver called me and updated where he was and when he thought he'd be in the area. I offered to meet him by the highway and he said he would call when he got off to tell me where. To my surprise he pulled the carrier near my home on an am adjacent street He loaded the car in no time and delivered it in 2.5 days. No damage, no theft. It was a great experience and I would use them and refer them again gladly.
