Ship-a-car Direct were a great help!
With fairly reasonable price they provided an excellent service. There were a lot of video instructions on their web page to avoid "surprises". David was constantly in touch to make sure everything is OK. The driver they picked was very professional and polite and he specifically kept in mind my schedule preferences while picking up the car and then giving it back when delivered. Can't really complain on anything.
