Eric Knors, my agent, was truly a pleasure throughout the car shipping experience. Unfailingly courteous, professional, patient and prompt to respond to my inquiries, I could not have been luckier. Being a senior citizen who was moving across country from New York to Washington state, and never having shipped a car before, I was naturally anxious about the whole procedure. Eric calmly guided and reassured me. My beloved Toyota arrived safely after its 3K mile ride. The car carrier truck at my origin looked brand new and Roman the driver was very knowledgeable. At my destination the driver, Vitaliy even drove my car up our long driveway. SHIPACARDIRECT is definitely the way to go!
