Ship a Car Direct was my second choice. I only ended up with them because my first choice turned out to be duds. What a difference. Great communication! Very helpful, and always asking what more they can do. I needed to ship a vehicle across the country but was unfamiliar with the process. Ship a Car Direct's website was extremely helpful and created a sense of confidence and trust. Scott my rep built on that. Really felt like I received personal service. The driver for the transport company was great to work with. I trusted him with my car after meeting him at the pickup. It all worked out great. What a relief.
