To my disbelief, everything went perfectly with this, my first order.

My expectations were set pretty low based on all the horrible things I read on line and in reviews about what others experienced when shipping cars through brokers and contractors. I chose you because I found few bad reviews about ShipACarDirect. It turns out that my expectations were vastly exceeded in every detail. Communication was excellent both with you and the driver. The car was picked up and delivered in very close proximity to the time and day discussed. The driver, Yuri, was efficient – loaded and unloaded quickly, he was courteous and friendly on both ends of the trip. The charge was exactly as quoted. No hassles at all. Car arrived just as it was left with him – both inside and out. Mission accomplished.

I don’t know to whom to give the most credit but the ShipAcarDirect and Yurko Express combo gets kudos from this patron. Job well done. I would use you again in a heartbeat and would certainly recommend you to others. Keep up the good work. Keep the $30 on-line order rebate for this order. You earned it.
