We shipped our daughters car from California to Virginia due to her going to school in VA. The process was very smooth from start to finish. Steffen was our contact and the transporter picked up our car on time and kept us updated as to where they were. The vehicle was delivered the same day we flew into Virginia in the same condition it left. Overall great service and we would not hesitate to use Ship-a car Direct again.
