The communication with the transport company was terrible, they never called ever to talk about the pickup. When I finally got a hold of them 24 hours later I was told the car would take five days to deliver, they called for delivery on Sunday, two days early but only gave a 30 minute warning. She said it is was five days plus or minus 2 days and I should know that. I had just gotten back into town late Friday and never had a chance to go to the bank for payment. Sunday I was on a drive out of state with my wife and had to turn around and rush back to the drop off location, Also, my new car was placed on the lower rear position of the transport, not bad in and of itself except there was a wrecked vehicle placed directly above my car. The transport truck drove through 2 major storms so that wrecked vehicle above my car leaked different fluids all over the front bumper, hood and windshield. Very, very disappointed with both issues. Not impressed!
