As a first time mover and relocating out of state- I can say first hand ship direct made is easier than I thought. Matt was great and opened the communication lines to Ryan (driver) from Eastward Transport LLC who was beyond professional. He was genuinely friendly and accommodating. Although he ran into some delays during the trip- he overly communicated in a real way making any stressors non-existent. Ryan is first class in this service industry and I would highly recommend him with any future services.
