I needed to ship my son's car to LA and went with Dependable Auto Shippers who had terrible customer service and would never answer the phone and had my car waiting 2 weeks at the terminal without being picked up or notifying me. I then called Ship Direct and they answered right away were very thorough in explaining the process and kept in contact with the me entire time. I called on a Tuesday and they had a driver call me the same day and they piked up the car next day and it was in LA by Friday in excellent condition. I was so impressed and the transport driver kept in contact with me about pick up time and delivery. I would highly recommend Ship Direct to all. AAA+ service
