We had contacted the company and they were prompt in getting back. They could arrange a pick up for the requested date and time. They were quick to communicate and work with a third party who was handing my keys. the vehicle arrived as and when promised. The driver was prompt and communicated throughout the transportation. The car arrived in a perfect condition.
