My car was on "the board" for nearly two weeks with no interest. It wasn't until I called (and they called back, I never spoke to anyone directly) and made some suggestions on how to change the listing that we got a response - within hours! If they are the experts, they should know how to attract drivers, I shouldn't have to get involved. Why are they even involved if this is the case?
