Overall, I was very happy with Stefan and Ship A Car Direct. He found us a carrier right away. When it became apparent that the carrier he had found was unable to the job, I contacted Stefan again. As it was after business hours, I was routed to the "Emergency" contact service. This service proved to be basically worthless, as it was just a human serving as a voicemail. But Stefan got the message and later that night set us up with a carrier who came by first thing the next morning. Stefan was great!
