Scott was great. In spite of delays, he kept me well informed. Driver was very methodical in checking in car. It was comforting to see the care provided. Only downside was that I had almost no notice when the car was available 2 days early- which is ok if you prepay but if you only have a half hour to scramble to pay in cash!
