Used Ship a Car a Second time...still pleased...here's why

I've used Ship A Car twice. I remain very happy with their service. I like that the shipper kept me very informed with status, When he was going to be late he called. He was late one day at pickup but I found that reasonable. This is the car shipping business. Issues can occur. It would be unreasonable not to expect delays due to weather, traffic, mechanical problems etc. The driver was very courteous. He did a very complete inspection. He had a long distance to travel and he arrived on time. And again he called. The drop off was also easy. My daughter did the final inspection and she was satisfied with the state of the car. The driver remained courteous and professional even though I was not there. The car was dirty upon arrival but that is to be expected with an open carry. Want a clean car on arrival..invest in a closed carry. Overall, we were satisfied. I will continue to recommend them and will use them again.
