Scott was very responsive and through. My car arrived early to California. Ace Auto Trans (one of their carriers) was able to hold it for me. I was nervous my car would be damaged since it would be held for a few days until I arrived, but it wasn't! My car arrived in one piece with all my belongings inside! I had a few boxes in the car. I did so against their warnings!
