Gaby from Ship a Car Direct maintained contact with me from when I placed the order until when a company was dispatched. Once dispatched, the company that was transporting the car was friendly and professional- however, I was the one that needed to reach out and contact the company for estimated delivery day, time, and location. I requested the services from Ship A Car Direct about a month before I wanted the car to be shipped, but was not assigned a carrier until about 7 days before my preferred date- therefore, having everything in place for a large move can be a bit worrisome, but it all worked out without any issues.
