Good communication with SHIPACARDIRECT and with the transport (trucking) company "Auto Trans Experts, LLC", Stefan provided me with a contact information and got back to me on my messages ASAP. The trucking company was good about calling, leaving messages and calling me back with my questions and scheduling the pickup and drop off. No problems at all.
