The entire experience with Ship A Car Direct was excellent from beginning to end. The information on the web site answered all my initial questions about shipping a car across country and the follow-up emails after I placed my order were very helpful. Bruce was great to work with, easy to reach, and responded quickly to my inquiries- very friendly and professional in all my interactions. My car was expected to arrive in 5-7 days, but actually arrived after only two days! My only disappointment was that I had to drive 7 miles (about 30 mins in Washington DC traffic) to pick up my car from the transport carrier, when I expected that it would be delivered just a few blocks from my home. But the fact that the car arrived so early more than made up for the inconvenience. I definitely would use Ship A Car Direct again.
