This was my wife and I's first experience with shipping a car. Matt Salzberg, rep from Ship A Car, was very knowledgeable and answered any questions/concerns we had. He communicated with us during the whole process. The auto transport company was on time picking up and dropping off vehicles. The truck driver (Tony) was honest, thorough with inspection prior to shipment, answered our questions about delivery, communicated with us when we called, was careful with loading and unloading of vehicles and above all professional. I will definitely recommend Ship a Car Direct and Sierra Trucking (Foresthill, CA) to anyone. Both of them did an excellent job and got our vehicles to us safely and undamaged. Vehicles were dirty due to being shipped in an open carrier, but no big deal. We took them to a car wash, and they were clean once more.
