I was very pleased with the customer service of Ship A Car Direct. Eric Knors was very prompt in follow-up to my questions and diligent about keeping to his schedule. From the beginning, Eric was upfront about the costs and did not try to bump it up as we waited to find the right carrier. IKA Group was the carrier and did an excellent job of transporting my new car across the country. It arrived with some dust on it, but that was all. I was pleased with the entire process and professionalism of this team. Although I am being offered a small rebate, I submitted a very similar endorsement before I was offered the rebate. I highly recommend Ship A Car Direct.
