The customer service was great. However, my wife and I were notified after 5:00pm that our car would be delivered the next day between 8:00am and 12:00pm. The driver called us at 7:00am and stated he was ready to deliver the car, but we did not have the money since the bank was not opened yet. We ask the driver to wait until 9:15am which was when the bank opened. The driver said he could not wait and threatened to keep our car another 11 days. We had to go to a few ATMs to obtain the $850. Miscommunication to say the least and we were not happy.
