I tried to ship my car about a month ago, for two weeks there was nobody available to cover this route, so I had to cancel my order. I reopened the order with a higher price ($150 more), and I got a carrier right away. Within 5 days, my car was delivered to its destination in perfect condition. Happy with the service overall.
