The process was super simple and easy - everything was clear. Better yet, the service itself was just as promised. The pick-up of my car was very easy and drop-off was earlier than I thought and perfect. Car arrived in perfect condition, just a bit dirty but certainly expected after a drive of over 2,000 miles. I would highly recommend Ship-A-Car-Direct!
